It's for people who would like to use the program in their lives, and who want to benefit from the experience, strength, and hope of others in an ongoing way.* The group is commonly known by the name, Begin a New Life. Some like to 0call it Get a Life to give another.

• Begin a New Life helps you make positive changes and improvements in your life. It helps you break old habits, stop old patterns, and end destructive behaviors, replacing them with new habits, more effective patterns, and more productive ways of living. It sets you on a course toward good and positive outcomes. It’s an excellent stand-alone program or adjunct to other methods, treatments, or therapies. The program can be done in the privacy of your home or in a group context.
